Paul Bastante is a writer, director, narrator, voice over actor, podcaster, public speaker and host of the radio show, "FlixPop Radio". He is from Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. He is also the founder and president of Silk City Films, a producer of Historical Documentary and docufilms. He has written and directed various films for towns in Northern, New Jersey including, "Bloomingdale An American Small Town", "Before A Nation The Story of Pequannock", "Hills & Valleys A Journey Through Wayne, N.J." and his most recent release, "Friendly Tolerable Characters".

 When Bastante was approached about hosting a radio show on WTBQ & WGHT by station manager, Taylor Sterling and Frank Truatt, station owner, he jumped at the opportunity to be able to speak to the world on a regular basis. Most of all though, he is a storyteller who has spent his entire career as an interviewer, honing a clear and specific style that puts the subject at ease in order to bring out the best for his audience.

Bastante spends much of his time giving talks and lectures throughout New Jersey and beyond as a public speaker and presenter. His talks range from motivation and inspirational topics, to business, health & wellness and more. He also lives with a French Bulldog named "Dexter" who pretty much keeps him up all night with his snoring. "It's pretty much like sleeping in the same room with a running weed whacker".
